Couple's Therapy
Couple's therapy involves the quality of the relationship between two individuals identifying as a couple through a romantic relationship (including marriage). The focus is on the relational patterns and the challenges. Individual consultations with each partner would take place before entering into the collective therapeutic space. The goal is to to create a space to resolve challenges in an adaptive way by dealing with complex feelings that accumulated over time.
Group / Family Therapy
Group psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or more therapists work with a small group of clients as a group. Individuals are able to learn about communication, interactional patterns, and interpersonal style that they may be unware of within the social environment of the group. The group setting provides individuals with opportunities for learning more effective coping strategies, which is facilitated by safety and privacy of the group, and the facilitation of the therapist.
Psychological Assessment
A psychological assessment assists in creating a holistic and integrated picture of an individual’s functioning on an emotional, cognitive and interactional level. A psychological assessment involves a clinical interview and a range of standardised and/or projective assessment techniques, allowing the psychologist to clearly identify the difficulties facing the client, strengths and areas of development. This information can assist in exploring scholastic difficulties, high school subject choices, career guidance and behavioural difficulties.

Workshops and mental health awareness sessions are offered to strengthen mental health within different settings from children, parents to corporates. Please contact us for enquiries.

Online therapy is available via MS Teams, a web-based video platform that allows the therapist and client to meet online.
